Shipping policy

1. Where we ship

Within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Delivery time

Please allow 14 to 30 days from the date of your order for your product to arrive.

Our products are shipped from overseas, which is why delivery takes longer than at a domestic retailer. We show this timeframe up front so there are no surprises.

3. Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

The tracking number can take 24 to 72 hours to become active. That is normal — the carrier has to scan the parcel into its system first. If your number still shows nothing after 72 hours, write to us.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order. No additional charge is added after your purchase.

5. Customs and import charges

Our products ship from outside Canada. Duties, taxes or customs clearance fees may therefore be charged by the Canada Border Services Agency or by the carrier at the time of delivery. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are in addition to the price shown at checkout.

We cannot calculate these amounts in advance, as they are set by the customs authorities.

6. Lost, stolen or damaged parcels

The risk of loss or damage in transit is ours, until the parcel is delivered to you.

If your parcel is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, write to support.quervani@gmail.com. We will reship or refund you in full. It is not your job to fight the carrier.

7. Late delivery

If you have not received your order within 30 days of the delivery timeframe stated above, you may cancel your purchase at any time before receiving it, and obtain a full refund within 15 days (s. 54.9, Consumer Protection Act).

Write to us and we will sort it out.

8. Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address before confirming. If a parcel is returned to us because the address given was incomplete or wrong, we will contact you to reship it. Reshipping fees may apply.
