QUERVANI (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates quervani.com. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and what rights you have. This policy is intended to comply with Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as amended by Law 25.

When you place an order: Your first and last name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, and order details.

When you make a payment: Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. We never see or store your complete credit card number. We receive only payment confirmation and the last four digits of the card.

When you browse the website: Your IP address, device, browser and operating system type, pages viewed, time spent on the website, and the website that referred you to us. We also use cookies, as explained in Section 5.

When you contact us: The content of your messages and the contact information you provide.

Orders, invoices, and transaction records are retained for six years following the end of the relevant fiscal year, as required by our tax obligations.Customer-service correspondence is retained for two years. Browsing information is retained for a maximum of 24 months.

After these periods, the information is securely destroyed or anonymized.

Our website is secured with an SSL certificate, which encrypts your connection.

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments, which complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). Access to administrative accounts is restricted and protected by two-factor authentication.

We do not store complete credit card information.

We may refuse a deletion request when the law requires us to retain certain records, including transaction records required for tax purposes. If we refuse a request, we will explain why.

If a privacy incident occurs and presents a risk of serious injury, we will promptly notify the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec and the affected individuals.

We maintain a register of privacy incidents as required by law.

This website is not intended for anyone under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
