Refund and Return Policy

For orders shipped to Canada or the United States, you have 30 days from the date you receive your QUERVANI™ Halloween Dumpling Mystery Squishy to return it.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned complete with all included items. Return shipping is at your expense.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

To start a return, select Contact us with your order number. We will reply with return instructions.

This is a different situation and is not subject to the 30-day return period above.

If your QUERVANI™ Halloween Dumpling Mystery Squishy is defective, breaks prematurely, or does not match the description published on our website, contact us. Depending on the circumstances, we will repair it, replace it, or refund you—at no cost to you. We will also cover the return shipping costs.

This right comes from the legal warranties provided under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act—including fitness for purpose under Section 37 and durability under Section 38—and the Civil Code of Québec.

These warranties apply automatically and free of charge. They are not limited to 30 days, and we cannot exclude them.

A product must be suitable for its normal use and remain usable for a reasonable period, considering its price and the conditions under which it was used.

For purchases covered by Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act, that law provides additional cancellation rights in certain circumstances, including when:

You have not received the product within 30 days following the stated delivery timeframe.
Mandatory information was not disclosed to you before your purchase.
We did not send you a copy of the contract.
The product does not match the description published on our website.
Your parcel was lost or stolen before reaching you.

What This Means in Practice

Send us a cancellation notice, preferably in writing. The cancellation takes effect immediately.

If you have already received the product, you must return it within 15 days, at our expense. We will refund everything you paid within 15 days of receiving your cancellation notice.

If we fail to issue the refund within that period and you paid by credit card, you may request a chargeback from your financial institution. You have 60 days to submit your chargeback request.

We do not refund a QUERVANI™ Halloween Dumpling Mystery Squishy that has been damaged by abnormal or improper use, impact, immersion in water, or failure to follow the use instructions.

We also do not refund products returned after the applicable return period or products returned incomplete or visibly used.

These restrictions do not apply to Sections 2 and 3 above. A defective or non-conforming product—or a cancellation to which you are legally entitled—remains covered.
