1. Who We Are
quervani.com is operated by QUERVANI, a sole proprietorship established in Gatineau, Québec, Canada.

2. Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to every order placed on quervani.com.
Online sales to Quebec consumers are distance contracts under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act (“CPA”). The CPA gives you rights that we cannot exclude, and nothing in these terms reduces those rights. If any provision of these terms conflicts with the CPA, the CPA prevails.
3. Product
We sell the QUERVANI Marea™ 3-in-1 Pet Steam Grooming Brush, a grooming tool for cats and dogs with steam grooming, brushing, massage, loose-hair removal, one-button hair release, folding and rotatable design, and a reservoir for water or serum for skin and coat care.
Product photographs and descriptions are intended to represent the product faithfully. Slight colour variations may occur depending on your screen.
If the product you receive does not match the description published on our website, you may cancel your purchase as explained in Section 9.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars. The displayed price is the total amount payable for the product.
No GST or QST is charged. QUERVANI is a small supplier and is not registered for sales tax.
Shipping costs are displayed separately before you confirm your order. We do not add hidden fees or processing charges.
We may change our prices at any time. However, the price applicable to your order is the price displayed when you confirm your purchase.
5. Placing an Order
You add the product to your cart, provide your contact and shipping information, and reach a review page where you can check and correct any errors before confirming your order.
After confirming your order and completing payment, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Under Section 54.6 of the CPA, a written copy of the contract will be sent to you by email within 15 days of the transaction—in practice, immediately after your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of a stock shortage, an obvious error, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
6. Payment
Payment is made by credit card and processed through Shopify Payments.
Paying by credit card provides you with a chargeback remedy through your card issuer if we fail to meet our obligations and do not refund you within the timeframes required by law.
7. Delivery
We ship within Canada only.
The QUERVANI Marea™ 3-in-1 Pet Steam Grooming Brush is shipped from overseas. Please allow 14 to 30 days from the date of your order for delivery. Complete delivery information is available in our Shipping Policy.
The risk of loss or damage during transit remains with us. If your parcel is lost or stolen before it reaches you, contact us and we will reship your order or issue a refund.
Cancellation for late delivery: If you do not receive your product within 30 days following the stated delivery timeframe, you may cancel your purchase at any time before receiving it. We will issue a full refund within 15 days.
8. Legal Warranties
Your QUERVANI Marea™ 3-in-1 Pet Steam Grooming Brush is automatically covered, free of charge, by the legal warranties provided under the CPA.
The warranty of fitness for purpose under Section 37 means that the product must be suitable for the purpose for which it is ordinarily used.
The warranty of durability under Section 38 means that the product must remain usable for its normal purpose for a reasonable period, considering its price, the contract, and the conditions under which it was used. This warranty is not limited to the duration of any manufacturer’s warranty.
The warranty of quality and the warranty against latent defects under the Civil Code of Québec also apply.
These warranties apply in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty. We cannot waive or exclude them.
If your QUERVANI Marea™ 3-in-1 Pet Steam Grooming Brush fails prematurely, contact us. Depending on the circumstances, we will repair it, replace it, or refund you.
Replacement parts and repairs: QUERVANI does not guarantee the availability of replacement parts, repair services, or the information required to maintain or repair the QUERVANI Marea™ 3-in-1 Pet Steam Grooming Brush.
9. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
Our commercial return conditions are explained in our Refund and Return Policy.
Independently of that policy, the CPA allows you to cancel your purchase when:
Mandatory information was not disclosed before your purchase.
We did not send you a copy of the contract.
The product received does not match the description published on our website.
You did not receive the product within 30 days of the agreed delivery date.
In these circumstances, return shipping is at our expense, and we will refund everything you paid within 15 days of cancellation.
If we do not refund you within that period and you paid by credit card, you may request a chargeback from your financial institution.
10. Your Remedies
For clarity and in accordance with the CPA:
We do not impose mandatory arbitration.
You retain your right to bring a matter before a court.
We do not prevent you from participating in a class action.
No provision of these terms can deprive you of a right granted by the CPA.
Any provision stating otherwise is null and without effect.
11. Limitation of Liability
Subject to the legal warranties described in Section 8, which we do not exclude or limit, our liability is limited to the price paid for the product concerned.
We are not responsible for damage resulting from abnormal or improper use, unauthorized modification, impact, or failure to follow the use, safety, care, or assembly instructions provided with the QUERVANI Marea™ 3-in-1 Pet Steam Grooming Brush.
12. Intellectual Property
All content published on this website—including its text, images, graphics, logo, and the QUERVANI name—is owned by us or used with authorization.
Reproduction, modification, or distribution without prior written permission is prohibited.
13. Personal Information
Please consult our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, retain, and protect personal information.
14. Governing Law
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec.
Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Gatineau.
A consumer residing in another Canadian province retains the rights granted by the consumer-protection laws applicable in that province.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may amend these Terms of Sale. The version applicable to your order is the version in effect when you place that order.
