1. Changed your mind?
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return the product.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories. Return shipping is at your expense.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we refund you within 10 business days, to your original payment method.
To start a return, write to support.quervani@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with instructions.
2. Defective or non-conforming product
This is a different situation, and it is not subject to the 30-day window above.
If your product is defective, stops working prematurely, or does not match the description published on this site, write to us. Depending on the case, we will repair it, replace it, or refund you — at no cost to you, and we cover return shipping.
This right comes from the legal warranties under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act — fitness for purpose (s. 37) and durability (s. 38) — and from the Civil Code of Québec. They apply automatically and free of charge, they are not limited to 30 days, and we cannot waive them.
A product must serve its normal use for a reasonable length of time given its price.
3. Your statutory right of cancellation
On top of everything above, the CPA lets you cancel your purchase outright in any of these situations:
• You have not received the product within 30 days of the stated delivery timeframe.
• A mandatory disclosure was not made to you before your purchase.
• We did not send you a copy of the contract.
• The product does not match the description published on this site.
• Your parcel was lost or stolen before it reached you.
What that means in practice:
You send us a notice of cancellation, preferably in writing. It takes effect immediately. If you have already received the product, you return it within 15 days — at our expense. We refund everything you paid, within 15 days.
If we fail to refund within that window and you paid by credit card, you can request a chargeback from your financial institution. You have 60 days to do so.
4. What we don't refund
We don't refund a product damaged by abnormal use, a drop, immersion, or failure to follow the charging instructions. We also don't refund a product returned late, incomplete or visibly used.
These restrictions do not apply to sections 2 and 3 above. A defective product, or a cancellation the law entitles you to, is covered regardless.
